Goods are usually dispatched within 5 working days, otherwise the official 28 days dispatch applies

DAMAGED GOODS
Goods damaged in transit must be recorded on delivery, Note: at the time of receipt.
If damaged goods are signed for as received in good condition we will not accept responsibility..
